Dayt 4: Saturday and what to do with the weekend…

Oh, how bad I want to go back to normal life!

Breakfast:  Kashi cereal

Lunch: Asparagus soup and a sample of oysters in Laguna and 3-4 glasses of Pinot Gigios

Dinner: beans (no cheese) and 5-6 stalks of celery

I just want a normal dinner… cheese… turkey… greatness!

  1. PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER GIRL!!!! You are doing soo good, I’m proud of you! Starting tomorrow I will join this movement with you.. But I won’t go vegan (love meat to much to give it up..) But I will give up my carbs…. Just drink lots of water and remember the sensation of putting that amazing food in your mouth barely lasts 3 minutes….Then it’s gone… You are doing this for a healthier and much more adoreable (as if that was possible) you!!! 🙂
